LG Technologies at Mido ‘09 is proud to present the innovative and specialized automatic machines for hinges mounting.
This delicate and difficult stage of the production process of acetate glasses take a new innovative method precise and repetitive.
YsYnger e Multistar have a granite structure, which ensures solidity and strength to the structure. without vibrations and movements of the workpiece. The movement of the axes using linear motors with speeds up to 60 mt / min, and a step by step motor controlled by a Renishaw ring measuring (resolution of 0,005°) allows for precise rotation of ultrasonic joining in order to ensure the correct angle of the hinge. The procedure of automatic part touch-system reconstructs the plan of work fixed in which to work, adapting to the shape on the area to work, canceling out any errors of form in the area of insertion.

La linea per inserimento cerniere è stata ampliata e rivista per migliorare la qualità del prodotto finito e semplificare la procedura di inizializzazione. YsYnger e Multi Star apprendono le posizioni in modo completamente automatico e rendono intuitivo il processo di programmazione di un nuovo modello, attraverso strumenti di visione.

Con la nuova sagomatrice aste (YsYde) è possibile cambiare, invece, il modello di asta da sagomare in pochi secondi, senza dover effettuare nessuna procedura manuale, il centraggio avviene in modo automatico e direttamente sul pezzo caricato in macchina.

Le novità di LG Technologies saranno in mostra alla rassegna fieristica milanese presso lo stand del suo distributore Tecnolook.
