YsYnger e Multistar have a granite structure for ensures solidity in order to eliminate the vibrations and movements of the workpiece. The movement of the axes using linear motors with speeds up to 60 m/ min, and a brushless motor controlled by an encoder with 0,005° resolution allows accurate

rotation of ultrasonic joining in order to ensure the correct angle of the hinges position. The procedure of automatic touch-system with recalculations of the working plane, guarantee of being able to eliminate any errors in the mounting hinges area.
